About Pak Assasa

Bank-independent asset management, built on 25 years of building Pakistan

We help investors own, develop and profit from farmhouses, resorts and real estate — with the care of a guardian, a nigehbaan.

Our history

From national infrastructure to your farmhouse

We entered the construction industry in 1988 and have contributed to the infrastructure development of the country ever since. Our peers have executed mega projects of national importance — as a challenge and as a commitment to Pakistan’s development.

After 25 years of steady growth, we established Pak Assasa as a platform for everyone who admires the real estate business but lacks the experience, time or finances to start one alone.

Today, Pak Assasa is a vertically integrated, full-service firm for asset and property management, investment opportunities, project planning, construction management, maintenance and real estate consulting — serving public and private sector clients, large or small.

“We manage each and every property as if it were our own — to the highest standards, within schedule and budget.”— The Pak Assasa management approach

Why recreation matters

Outdoor leisure is good for people — and for the economy

Parks and recreation are among the most important factors in how liveable a community is. People who walk, hike and play outdoors visit doctors less, keep lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and manage stress better.

Fast-paced, congested city life has squeezed out space for play and gathering. Farmhouses offer what the city can’t: fresh air, nature and quiet — far from pollution and noise.
